STANDARD SHIPPING FOR LOCAL AND DOMESTIC ORDERS: Please allow 2-3 weeks for order processing and shipping. Unless specified as ready-to-ship, items typically dispatch within 1-3 days. We prioritize eco-friendly practices, crafting many products made-to-order to reduce fabric waste. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipped within 2 weeks, delivery takes up to 12 business days post-order processing. Following shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking details.
We're not responsible for packages once handed to our shipping carrier. Responsibility shifts to the shipping carrier (USPS) and the customer for any claims or delivery issues. It's the customer's duty to be present at the delivery location on the scheduled day.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when ordering, including the correct apartment number if needed. We're not liable for lost or stolen packages. Items in transit are beyond our control and must be addressed with the shipping provider (USPS).
If USPS returns your order to us, you're financially responsible for any extra shipping costs associated.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS: Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We only ship to the address provided during the original order.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS: Once processed, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

EXCHANGE POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges unless there's an error due to the shipper. Due to our product's limited nature, we cannot process exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please refer to our sizing chart.
